How does the 1-Day Pass work?
A 1-Day Pass specifically gives you access to Saturday 1st February 2025. A 1-Day Pass cannot be purchased for Sunday 2nd February 2025.
Any of the following individuals can purchase a 1-Day Pass; Parents, General Classroom Teachers, Subject Specific Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Staff & Leaders, Pastoral Care Staff & Leaders, Senior Leadership Teams, Heads of Schools & Early Years Settings and other agencies such as healthcare professionals.
How does the 2-Day Pass work?
This pass guarantees participant’s access to both Saturday 1st February and Sunday 2nd February 2025.
Any of the following individuals can purchase a 2-Day Pass; Ministry of Education/Social Development Official, Heads of Schools & Early Years Settings, Senior Leadership Teams, Heads/Leaders/Coordinators of any Student Support Services in your respective schools.
Which Pass should I purchase?
If you are a…
…General Classroom Teacher, Subject Specific Teacher, Teaching Assistant, Member of Learning Support Staff, Member of Pastoral Care Staff or a Healthcare Professional then the 1-Day Pass if for you.
… Ministry of Education/Social Development Official, Head of School or Early Years Setting, Member of Senior Leadership Team or a Head/Leader/Coordinator of any Student Support Services (such as Learning Support or Pastoral Care) then the 2-Day Pass is for you.
Are group discounts available for group bookings from the same organization?
Large school bookings (6 or more tickets) will be awarded a 10% discount off the overall bill. Please contact Sarah at conferenceinspire@gmail.com to arrange this for you.
Can I register on the day of the conference?
Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate last minute registrations on the day.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Please check our Refund Policy by clicking on this page.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can’t attend?
Yes, this is possible. However, please ensure that you communicate this exchange to Sarah by emailing conferenceinspire@gmail.com on or before Saturday 25th January at 6:00 PM.
I’m a parent of a child with additional needs, will this be relevant to me?
Absolutely! We welcome parents to attend on Saturday 1st February 2025. This means parents can purchase a 1-Day Pass.
Arabic is my mother tongue – will I be able to access the content?
Yes, we are making arrangements for translating services Saturday 1st February 2025.
As the structure of Sunday 2nd February is slightly different, individuals will be on hand to help with translating and interpreting information.
What is the agenda or program for both days?
A Whatsapp group will be set up in the build up to the conference to share agendas/programs and any other relevant information for the conference days. If you do not have Whatsapp, and would prefer communication via email, please let Sarah know by emailing conferenceinspire@gmail.com
I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail after registering, how can I check that my place is confirmed?
Please inform Sarah by emailing conferenceinspire@gmail.com and she will gladly help you out.
Will I be able to ask questions during the conference?

Please note that you can post your questions throughout the day. Questions will be selected and answered at the end of the day during the ‘Question & Answer’ session.
Are meals or refreshments provided?
Yes, meals and refreshments will be provided on both days.
Will I receive a certificate for attending the conference?
Yes, electronic certificates will be shared via e-mail with all participants who attended by Thursday 6th February 2025. Please note that certificates will not be provided to those who register, but do not attend the event.
