Refund Policy – Oman Inclusion Conference 2025


Participant Cancellation 

In the event that you have registered and paid for the conference and can no longer attend, we will only offer a refund for your ticket/pass if you inform us on or prior to Tuesday 21st January 2025.  Please note that we will not refund tickets if requests are made on or after Wednesday 22nd January 2025.

Please note that proof of purchase will be required to initiate a refund request.  Refunds will be processed within 2 to 40 working days of receiving your request.


Conference Cancellation

If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond us, please know that we will offer a full refund for the price of your ticket/pass.  Please note that proof of purchase will be required to support this process.  Refunds will be processed within 2 to 40 working days.
